     Ms. Beth Crabbe, Broker Associate at RE/MAX of Alamogordo, served as our buyer's agent for the recent purchase of our home in Alamogordo.  This was a unique experience for our family in that we found the house, committed to it's purchase, and made all the arrangements to move in without ever seeing the house in person.  In fact, the entire transaction, up to the walkthrough and closing, was carried out cross-country as we were in the process of relocating from eastern Massachusetts to New Mexico no a very tight time schedule.  It was not until two days before the closing that we even had the pleasure to meet Beth in person.  Nonetheless, thanks to the excellent assistance and professionalism provided by Ms. Crabbe, the whole experience was a very positive one for our family, despite the unusual circumstances.

     Ms. Crabbe's experience in assisting families with relocation was a great benefit to us during our move.  The fact that we were located at such a distance meant that we had to trust and rely on her services to find our perfect home to a greater extent than would normally be required.  Her honest opinions and advice were just what was needed to make such a difficult decision as picking a family home from afar.  Her knowledge of the needs of a family making a cross-country military move allowed her to provide the assistance we needed, just when we needed it.

     The most valuable service Ms. Crabbe performed for us was the presentation of our offer to the seller.  Other offers were on the table.  It was, in large part, due to Beth's accurate assessment of the market value of the house, the sound advice she gave to us as we formed our offer, and her persuasive presentation to the seller, that we were able to prevail over the other offers and proceed with the deal.

     During the often stressful period between signing of the Purchase Agreement and the closing, Beth continued to be attentive, helpful, and professional.  It was her responsibility to line up inspections, deal with our mortgage lender, and the seller, as well as making sure all of the local loose ends were tied up, since we were not able to do so ourselves.  Thanks to her efforts, the process completed without a hitch.

     It is my pleasure to recommend Ms. Crabbe to anyone considering the purchase of a property in Alamogordo.  It is our experience that Beth is very active in her profession, but takes the time to give her customers the attention they need.
